When the former Hyatt property on the Delaware riverfront became the Hilton Penn's Landing Philadelphia, it was the perfect opportunity for the owners to refresh the city's only waterfront hotel with the modern style and spirit the area had become known for. That meant not only a top-to-bottom renovation of the building, but a full rebranding of the community spaces. Working with the team before the first wall was torn down, we were able to work in tandem with the hotel to build their brand.
As the hotel went through its physical transformation, 20/10 was there to help with the rebrand. From bright collateral that announced the renaming and upcoming demo to helping develop the new name, visual identities, and all related materials for the restaurant and meeting space, 20/10 helped the hotel tap into the building's unique location and limitless potential and market their property as a part of one of the city's most popular areas.
